Q. After I place my order, when will I receive my package?

     A. Please refer to the banner at the top of our website for our current turnaround time for production. This does not include shipping time which is typically 1-5 days. If you need your items before their scheduled ship date, please e-mail us. Rush fees and expedited shipping options are available.

Q. What is your return policy?

     A. Due to the custom nature and permanent processes of personalization, we can not accept returns. 

Q. Do you monogram items that aren't purchased from your website?

     A. We assess this on a case by case basis. Please email us at brynandproper@gmail.com and we'd be happy to discuss your options.

Q. What is the best way to contact Bryn & Proper?

    A. The best way to contact us is by e-mail to brynandproper@gmail.com. We monitor that email 7 days a week and will reply to you as soon as possible. 

Q. Are the pockets sewn shut on pocket shirts and tanks?

     A. Yes, during the embroidery process, all pockets are sewn shut so that the pocket is not usable anymore.

Q. How should I care for my embroidered garments?

     A. Before washing, turn the garment inside out to protect stitching. Wash all garments per the instructions on the manufacturer tag. If ironing, please ensure to place an iron safe cloth over garment before pressing.
